Founded in the early 2000s, ITN has grown from a small office in South San Francisco, where the same person took calls and offered itineraries, to a large multinational company with training centers across the world and more than 1,000 contractors and support agents.

2005
The first Training and IT Development Centers together with our first office in Europe were opened
2006
Accredited by the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), we started issuing tickets in-house
2007
We opened our second overseas center, became Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited and launched a 24/7 service
2008
The company became a consolidator—the first direct agreement was signed with Alitalia
2009
After an amazing year of growth, we exceeded 500,000 clients
2010
Added Sabre reservation system to get even more options for our subagents and their customers
2011
An unprecedented sales growth of 72% was recorded
2012
We opened our third overseas center (this time in the Philippines), added Amadeus reservation system and were rated A+ for excellence by BBB and signed an agreement with Star Alliance Transatlantic Joint Venture
